More Finnish shellac

Foxtrots from late 30s, back to those days when Africa symbolised dance, music and fun and not famine, war and misery:
Arvi Tikkala - Bulu Bulu Bulu / Vaimoke

That Version of Säkkijärven polkka, pushed to radiowaves 24/7 for several months during WWII to block the signals for radio-controlled bombs...

  1. Just found this great blog and already downloaded some Finnish rarities that you'd posted.
    Kiitos paljon.

  2. Glad to hear you are enjoying this...there are some nice blogs doing other older music but so far hasn't sene anyone else doing Finnish ones yet.
So a good reason to go spread some of my favorites.

  3. Yeah, it's kinda shame there's basically no blogs related to Finnish vintage music. Even the material on YouTube is very limited compared to English or German music.
Hopefully this will change in the future.
